Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences (face book, LinkedIn, twitter, Google+, Google Map, Blog etc)
• Social media management; keeping on top of the blog, Face book, Twitter, YouTube etc.
• Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc.
• Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered.
• Respond and react to changes within social networks � functionality, etiquette, reporting etc.
• Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate etc �Think on your feet� real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing.
• Enthusiasm with responsibility.

Educational Requirements

CSE/ B.Sc from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  IT System Management, MIS, Mobile apps developer, Multimedia
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Airline/GSA, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• IT related experience will be given preference.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English Bangali.
• Very first in computer typing (Bangla & English)
• Very expert on Internet, E-Mail, Browsing
• Smart, Good looking and Attractive.
• Always positive and helping mind.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Self motivated, enthusiastic to work beyond the line.
