Job Description / Responsibility

• Should have good knowledge in software applications trouble-shooting.
• Install and troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows 2003 server, Windows XP, Windows 2008 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 7, RH Linux, Other Unix.
• Software Installation and Configuration
• Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• IT Enabled Service, Application helpdesk and call-center environments
• 1 to 2 years practical experience with internal IT support
• Applicants must have clear knowledge & working experience with Server & PC related issues
• Self-motivated and self learner
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Good Communication skills both in English & Bengali.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS
