Job Description / Responsibility
- Drafting & vetting bank conveyances, plaints and petitions.
- Sound knowledge in Banking and relevant laws.
- Providing legal opinion on property and banking issues.
- Monitoring court cases and giving depositions.
- Writing memos and reports.
- Briefing law firms and keeping liaison with them.
- Ability to work under pressure and as a team.
- Good writing skill.
- Computer literate.

Educational Requirements
- The lawyer must be a law honors graduate with certificate from the Bangladesh Bar Council to practice law.
- Enrollment in the High Court and LL.M degree will be an added qualification.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 28 year(s)
- Preference will be given if serving in any bank or Financial Institution/ other companies.
