Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
- Schedule Change management through IEX.
- Monitor real-time ACD Alerts
- Monitor real-time IEX Adherence Alerts.
- Track, analyze and report call center and agent performance with reports from ACD and IEX.
- Track employee information and change.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly and on demand reports regarding call center and agent performance.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 32 year(s)
- Work on a 24/7 shift pattern
- Advanced knowledge on PHP, MySQL is a MUST.
- Knowledge on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access will be treated as added advantage.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of Call Center metrics, agent behaviors and other factors.
- Knowledge of ACD/IVRs and call flows preferred.
