Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
  • Schedule Change management through IEX.
  • Monitor real-time ACD Alerts
  • Monitor real-time IEX Adherence Alerts.
  • Track, analyze and report call center and agent performance with reports from ACD and IEX.
  • Track employee information and change.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and on demand reports regarding call center and agent performance.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO, Call Center, Telecommunication
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 24 to 32 year(s)
  • Work on a 24/7 shift pattern
  • Advanced knowledge on PHP, MySQL is a MUST.
  • Knowledge on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Access will be treated as added advantage.
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of Call Center metrics, agent behaviors and other factors.
  • Knowledge of ACD/IVRs and call flows preferred.
