Job Description / Responsibility

• Supervise and brief the under command for more fruitful result for better marketing & sales for increasing sales target of US-Bangla Airlines in Chottagong region.
• Submit report to Head of Marketing & Sales for day to day activities of sales and marketing of Chittagong Station.
• Maintain good relationship with top agents.
• To asst Head of Marketing & Sales for developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Monitor review and report on all marketing & sales activities for better sales target.
• Maintain IATA, BSP Capping Coordinate with GDS Company.
• Liaison with Travel Agents, Corporate House, Media and Advertising Company.
• IATA/BSP E-Ticketing, Auto & Manual Ticketing Knowledge.
• Competitor Airlines Fare, Route, Flight Load Analyses & Take Necessary Steps.
• Should have Airlines Revenue Management Related Knowledge.
• To prepare sales and expanse budget, exercise control over sale team and monitor their activities at all times.
• Meet the sales target within the time frame.

Educational Requirements

Master/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Airline/GSA, Travel Agents/Tour Operators

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 28 to 32 year(s)
• Candidate from Chittagong will be given preference.
• Sales experience in any reputed Airlines will be preferable.
• Should have strong leadership skills.
• Should have mentality to work in a team.
• Computer knowledge in the respective filed.
• Fluent in English & Bangla.
• Should have habit to work under pressure
